A Mennonite and Church of the Brethren Congregation

Sunday Worship

On any given Sunday, there are about 60 persons in attendance for worship. We sing hymns in four parts and read scripture and poems. Each service includes a children’s teaching, a teaching given by our pastor or one of the participants of our community, and a time for congregational sharing and prayers. We often follow the lectionary during the seasons of Advent and Lent; the rest of the year, we follow themes from scripture and life. People dress informally; all visitors are welcomed and given care and attention.
