A Mennonite and Church of the Brethren Congregation

Service

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me. (Matthew 25:35,36)

We believe in following the Biblical example of service by joining other faiths in supporting local causes and organizations.  Here are some of them:

M.I.S.S.I.O.N. A2 (for the homeless)
Crop Walk
Food Gatherers

Ecumenical Center and International Residence
Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice
Interfaith Hospitality Network (Alpha House)
Interfaith Round Table

Michigan Adopt-a-Highway

In addition, we support national Church of the Brethren and Mennonite efforts, for example:

Brethren Disaster Ministries
Church of the Brethren Work Camps
Heifer Project International

Mennonite Disaster Service
Mennonite Voluntary Service
MCC Kits
